myFAVE camp is one of the highlights of my daughter's summer.  She looks forward to going to camp each summer and seeing and hanging out with all her friends.  My daughter loves Ms. Fusaro and  how fun and caring she is.  Her favorite days are beach days where they hang out on the beach, then make lunch together.  There are many fun outings to the zoo, movies, bowling and much, much more.  I feel comfortable dropping my daughter off each morning with Ms. Fusaro, knowing she is in safe hands.  Ms. Fusaro is caring and loving and she encourages my daughter to be independent and make her own choices.  We are already looking forward to next year's summer camp!!!!

As a parent of a teen child with cognitive delays and unique physical needs, finding a fun, social summer camp program is a challenge. I was so thrilled when Nicole Fusaro opened myFAVE, a summer program created and run by a credentialed, experienced special education teacher. Nicole staffs her camp with adults who have experience working with special needs students and teen volunteers from her high school campus. When I drop my daughter off for a day of camp I know she will be well supervised, assisted physically when needed and socialized with peers of all abilities. The outings are fun, age-appropriate and allow for learning opportunities as well, such as cooking and money skills, with as little or as much support as needed. I highly recommend myFAVE for campers of all abilities.
